Behind the scenes of making people laugh

You know that feeling when you scroll through a perfectly timed sketch and think, 'Wow, that must have been easy'? Trust me, it's almost never 'easy'! Take yesterday, for example. I woke up, made my bed (a small victory!), and then spent a good two hours just setting up the lighting and the rig for a 30-second reaction video. My big dog, Buster, decided it was the perfect time for zoomies, nearly knocking over a softbox. It's all part of the charm, right? After getting that shot, I hopped into my city-hatch to run some errands, grabbed a quick gym session (my smartwatch always judges my step count!), and then the real work began. Hours of going through footage, cutting, adding sound effects – sometimes until 2 AM. It's a marathon, not a sprint, especially when you're trying to nail that one comedic beat. But honestly, there's nothing quite like finally seeing a piece of content come together and knowing it might just make someone out there crack a smile. It's why I do it.
