How quickly we answer
We usually reply within two business days. Data protection requests are answered within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
Reporting content or a user
Every post, comment and profile has a report action in its menu, and you can block another user from their profile. Reports go to our moderation team. If something is urgent or illegal, email us as well so we can act faster.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all of its content yourself: open your profile, go to Settings, and choose to delete the account. No email to us is needed.
